We want to be a catalyst for positive change and lower the percentage of women unable to find a job opportunity after taking a break. We provide women with a professional network to equip them with the support they need on their journey to building their careers.

Tabitha Paturi
BOARD CHAIR
Tabitha is an accomplished Corporate Technology Risk leader with over 20 years of experience and expertise in Auditing, Risk and Compliance with organizations such as Gilead Sciences, Yahoo and PricewaterhouseCoopers. She is also a member of the Chief network. Beyond her corporate career, Tabitha is a strong advocate primarily for continuous learning, empowerment of women in the workplace and underprivileged youth. She has mentored women leaders as part of the various programs such as Women Leaders of the World and the Gilead Sciences Mentoring program. She also serves as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for kids in the foster system. Tabitha is the founding member of Her Allies as she strongly believes in the power of network and mentoring and hopes to see these change the future of women in the workplace.

Victoria Yang
VICE CHAIR
One of the founding members of Her Allies, Victoria Yang brings over 15 years of experience in HR across different industries from non-profits to tech. She has experience in leading HR functions and helping develop people and can demystify some of the black box inside an HR function when it comes to hiring, learning and development and compensation. She finds purpose in coaching and mentoring others to be able to achieve their goals, especially when it comes to their careers.

Kim Capps Tanaka
SECRETARY
Kim brings her chief of staff/business planning and Academic Relations expertise, along with strong planning/organizing skills from years of experience in the tech industry at LinkedIn, Yahoo Research, Intuit, Cisco, etc. Kim also served as co-president of the Women in Tech employee resource group at Yahoo, and was involved with Young Men’s Service League with her son. As a founding member of Her Allies, she’s excited to connect with the mentors/allies/volunteers to help Her Allies grow and succeed.

Michelle Paganucci
MARKETING DIRECTOR
Michelle Paganucci is excited to bring her almost 20 years of marketing and product experience to Her Allies. She started her career in advertising before spending almost 15 years at Yahoo where she honed her skills in strategic partnerships and product before leading community engagement and partnership marketing for consumer tech and startups. Michelle also served on the board of the Yahoo Employee Foundation and is very passionate about giving back to the community through Her Allies.

Bhargavi Wadiwa
VP FINANCE, INDEED
Bhargavi Wadhwa currently serves as Vice President of Finance at Indeed where she leads the global FP&A and sales operations teams. Bhargavi has extensive expertise leading and building finance teams and driving change for key corporate finance functions. Prior to Indeed, she has held roles at NetApp and Intuit, serving in various finance executive capacities leading corporate FP&A, technology, business units, customer success and product organizations. Bhargavi has also had a 15 year career at Intel, where she held a variety of finance leadership roles including pricing strategy, financial planning and analysis, worldwide revenue and risk management, investor relations, divisional CFO, and chief of staff to CFO.
Bhargavi is passionate about creating an inclusive and diverse culture, developing the next generation of leaders, and mentoring and sponsoring women and under-represented minorities.

Lindsey Langley-Liboreiro
SR. EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY
Lindsey Langley-Liboreiro is a Nashville based marketing and non-profit executive and serves as the Tennessee Executive Director for the American Cancer Society.
Along with her professional accomplishments, she is the founder of Project NENA – a nonprofit that assists under-served North and East Nashville families and children in need of basic necessities.
Lindsey has also served on the executive board for the Nashville NAACP branch; steering committee for Nashville Fashion Week; a founding member of the Bordeaux North Chamber of Commerce; co-founder of Nashville North by Northeast United; and has volunteered her time and efforts to support many national organizations over the years. Langley was also named Nashville’s 2017 ‘Civic Do-Gooder of the Year’ by the readers and editors of the Nashville Scene and a 2021 Nashville Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree. As a solo mother, Lindsey is passionate about mentoring and supporting women in finding their purpose and empowering women to make a difference in the world!

Cynthia Owyoung
VP INCLUSION, EQUITY AND BELONGING, ROBINHOOD INC.
Cynthia Owyoung is Robinhood’s Vice President of Inclusion, Equity and Belonging, partnering with business leaders, employee resource groups and the people experience team to support Robinhood’s mission to democratize finance for all. Cynthia is also the Founder of Breaking Glass Forums, developing strategies to accelerate diverse leadership and inclusive organizations. She has established and led diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives for over 15 years as an executive at organizations in multiple industries, including Charles Schwab, GitHub, and Yahoo!

Hugh Molotsi
FOUNDER AND CEO, UJAMA INC.
Hugh Molotsi is the founder and CEO of Ujama, a messaging platform where people in communities help each other. Hugh is a seasoned product and technology leader with over 30
years of experience developing global solutions for small businesses and consumers. Hugh is an accomplished innovator and has helped launch several disruptive products. He has expertise in leadership development and digital transformation and has led diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Hugh had a 22-year career at Intuit where his last position was Engineering Fellow and Vice President of Innovation. In 2011, Hugh became the first recipient of Intuit’s Founders Innovation Award for his contributions helping launch Intuit’s payments business. Hugh serves on the boards of Barloworld (BAW:SJ) and the Mozilla Corporation.
Hugh is the co-author of The Intrapreneur’s Journey, a book on how to develop a culture of innovation at large companies. He is passionate about fostering grassroots innovation and giving voice to good ideas wherever those ideas may come from.

Olga Braylovskiy
SVP HR, INTUIT INC.
Olga Braylovskiy is a business and technology executive with significant executive leadership experience at Fortune 500 companies. Olga pairs an entrepreneurial mindset with savvy corporate strategy to uncover blind spots, navigate complexities, balance growth and risk, and deliver transformational results at scale. Her keen operations mentality, ability to balance strategy and execution and breadth of experience across HR, IT, finance, and operations make Olga a valuable adviser to companies looking to expand and scale.
Olga currently serves as a Senior Vice President of HR at Intuit partnering with CTO and Chief Customer Success Officer on building high performing organizations, including org design and effectiveness, talent strategy and planning, and executive development. Olga’s role also included overseeing Intuit’s People
Analytics, Research and Technology team. She is on the board of BuiltIn, national recruiting technology platform that focuses on connecting great technical talent with great companies. Prior to Intuit, Olga held several leadership positions at Yahoo in Finance, HR and IT and had an opportunity to build two successful consulting Human Capital Management Technology practices. As an advocate for more diversity in technology talent, Olga is passionate about growing, developing and mentoring women and URM talent.

Kristen Robinson

Purpose-driven and principled, Kristen is a business executive with high tech leadership experience in general management, marketing, finance and human resources. She held multiple Chief People Officer roles for over 15 years, most recently at Splunk.
Kristen is committed to developing organization cultures guided by human-centered leaders where people thrive and generate lasting business success. She also loves to mentor next generation talent and is an active ally for women and other underrepresented groups. Kristen started her career as a CPA with EY and led global teams at Pandora, Yahoo, Hewlett-Packard and Agilent Technologies. She serves as a director of Planet Labs, a satellite imaging and earth observation platform, and Verint, a customer engagement and data analytics platform. She is a member of the Future of Work Advisory Board at BetterWorks and an advisor for i4cp.

Sarah Semprez
VP SOX, SALESFORCE INC.
Sarah Semprez is the Global Vice President of the SOX program at Salesforce. Sarah has 20+ years of experience specializing in Internal Controls over Financial Reporting programs, in both Accounting and Information Technology.
She started her career performing financial statement audits at Arthur Anderson. In 2002, she moved to Deloitte & Touche where she found her passion for business process and transformation projects which helped companies prepare for the new Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX). Subsequently, she brought this passion to both Clorox and Gilead Sciences, where she spent several years forming and maturing their SOX programs and other transformational initiatives.
Along with her professional accomplishments, Sarah has been actively involved in promoting a diverse workplace through her involvement with Women’s Employee Resource Group, Women in Technology, Women in Finance, LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group, and employee mentoring programs.

Melissa Burghardt
VICE PRESIDENT OF OPS INNOVATION + OPS SERVICES, SWEETGREEN
Melissa Brghardt is Vice President of Ops Innovation + Ops Services at sweetgreen, a company building healthier communities by connecting people to real food. A systems-thinker, global operator, and innovator, Melissa is adept at leading cross-functional teams to execute against stretch goals that improve experiences, drive growth, create efficiency, and elevate individuals. At sweetgreen, she is driving the “productization” of the restaurant operating model to enable scaling the business to tens of thousands of locations while elevating food service work.
Melissa was previously COO at Miso Robotics, and before that spent 15 years managing digital advertising marketplaces around the globe and enabling businesses to grow, with leadership roles at Yahoo!, Overture, and YP. In her early career she worked in management consulting and in product management for an early internet infrastructure start-up. Melissa currently lives in Los Angeles.
